"I was locked out of my room at 10 at night because my access card was prematurely deactivated. It took roughly 20 to 30 minutes for someone to correct the issue. They do not allow the tenants to back their cars in. I received a ticket warning for backing my car in. Never heard of a rule like that before. The air conditioner worked however it was hanging off of the wall and made a hideously loud noise went on"

"First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible.
