"This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. The staff did not and the guests including us could not use the pool or sleep until 10:00pm when the pool was...

"We stayed during the Fourth of July weekend. The hotel was booked … and the pool and outdoor patio area was crowded, understandably but we intermingled with other families at the grilling stations. Enjoyed sharing, laughs drinks, and making new friends. Our suite was clean the breakfast was good and overall a very nice day for a very busy holiday weekend."

"Was an okay place to stay. Unfortunately problems the staff had no control over overshadowed. Parking was a problem since there were only 7 spots otherwise you had to find a spot elsewhere. Internet was practically non existent so no tv even though there was a large screen tv. If like me you like to take a bath no stopper in the tub. On the positive side the town is idyllic."

"Was given 1st floor room by the elevator. It was SO loud with everyone talking as the came in and out of it both PM and AM. The shower water pressure was awful. Very very weak. and the bed sheets smelled musty. The mattress was also sunken in."

"It met our expectations. It was clean, easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure."

"Despite it being at least a 10min walk from the center, the hotel is quite well located in a quiet area. We had booked two double queens but in the end the hotel upgraded us to a suite (one king and one sleeper sofa) as they had no more double queens. It was fine for us although not ideal. Microwave and fridge in the room (later made a lot of noise so we had to switch if off) and door handle to main door was coming out from the inside of the room! Breakfast was okay but no Danish or sweet...

"Came for two nights, had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. The hotel has a charming vintage feel to it, with excellent service."
