"Overall, everything was more or less okay, but cleanliness needs to be improved, as there were cockroaches in the room. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and there are always cleanliness issues that need improvement, especially in the bathrooms, which have not been clean on any of the three occasions."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually clean the rooms and get an attitude when you ask them to. I asked the front desk for a new pillow because the ones in the room were so flat that they were causing me physical pain, and the guy rolled his eyes at me. I was told to leave after reporting their behavior to my booking company. DON'T BOOK HERE!"
