"Very clean but noisy and had safety concerns since there was a crowd outside of our room around Midnight. Not sure what was going on but there was a man on the ground and people telling him to leave."

After working all day and arriving close to midnight, he was informed by the front desk clerk that he could not check in because I had paid for the reservation, despite his name being listed on it.
