"Nice budget hotel. Deep tubs. Great customer service!!!! Before and while there they went above and beyond. I had to adjust me reservation like 3 times and still they were great they let me rebook. They were polite on time with responses i am pleased. Gave us umbrellas when we asked. I care more about what I do than staying the room so if you are more like me who enjoys more simply but very nice room,that's price friendly to spend more money on other avenues...."

"Beware that this hotel is in the middle of the red light district. But the hotel it self was great! Good views, clean rooms, well maintained and convenient 711 on the first floor of building with easy access . Amenities such as washer and dryer are not really great but overall i recommend a short stay here no more then 2-3 days since it can be loud and crowded outside"

"One of the fewer hotels where you can take the bus to both airports. Friendly reminder that you can use your credit card to buy the ticket on the bus website. Oh, another thing: two free luggage PER TICKET regardless the size of the luggage. Back to the topic, we got the south tower which was supposed to be newer? I guess. The hotel is well maintained. Most staff speak English well. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was professional and helpful. A lot shops nearby where you can practically get anything you normally would like to get in Japan. However, do not expect anything high tech other than the toilet seat. Otherwise, fantastic hotel with great location and great staff."

"Great place to stay in Shinjuku. Very busy night life scene right outside the door, so many amazing food spots on the same street or a walk away, Golden Gai close by. It was on the simpler end for sure, but perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in a lively Tokyo atmosphere and just need a comfortable, reliable, inexpensive place to rest their heads at night."

"Very convenient to the train station. Friendly staff. If you get breakfast included in your reservation you will need to be prepared for a long wait as the line up crazy. I paid but could afford an hour plus wait to get in."
