un appartement insalubre avec des photos qui montrent les lieux quand ils étaient neufs mais ce n'est plus du tout le cas!!!! Tout est sale cassé et à refaire! impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres sinon les tringle tombaient! salle de bains insalubre avec des toilettes sales et un balai plein d'excréments!!! Les abords ne sont pas éclaités et dans un état de terrain vague!! photos à l'appui, je demande le remboursement !!!

High potential once the main faults will be taken

The appartment is located near one of the main routes of the Carmel area of Haifa. Many pubs a d coffees near by, good transportation to the entire area. The garden is very is very welcoming at the beginning of the the evening. The appartment is nice and tight, it felt like Air B&B at north Europe: minimal and mostly out of the Ikea magazine. But You could hear the noise of the pub's kitchen a d staff, traffic went by all thru the night, the garden have had almost no shadow so it was unbearable during the day, ants have gave us a "worm" welcome and stayed thru out the stay. Most importantly was the MOLD smell everywhere. It gave us the feeling that there is no ongoing high level of maintenance (we had 1 soap buttle to use for both the sink and the shower???

Internet connection was very bad- most of the time didn’t work. The apartment wasn’t as clean as ai had hoped and the bed was not comfortable.

מאוד נהניתי החדר שלי הוא היה מעוצב בצורה מעולה. מקלחת גדולה. מטבח מעולה. מטה ענקית. כל מה שצריך. Perfect room. Nice decoration. Big shower. Small kitchen. Parking in the street.

Close to restaurants and supermarket

The room is clean, the pullout sofa was a bit old and not comfortable. The apartment is equipped with cooking pans and utensils and so if you prefers to cook, it's quite nice. They only provide one set of shampoo and body wash, so you need to bring your own if you are staying longer than 1-2 days. There are many restaurants and shops around. The one thing I found difficult is finding free parking, even paid parking off street is hard during Shabbat.

Appartement moderne

L'appartement en rez de jardin est bien équipé avec du matériel moderne de bonne qualité. Il a toutefois des lacunes: pas de chauffage ni de VMC dans la salle de bain ce qui rend l'humidité difficile à évacuer en hiver, peu de possibilités d'accrochage pour les serviettes, absence de décorations et éclairage froid, espace jardin peu entretenu. Quelques petits aménagements pourraient facilement améliorer ce logement.

Exceeded expectations

The room was very stylish and included a kitchenette. Of note, this is located in an apartment complex in a nice neighborhood, but there are regular tenants living there. The outside/hallway of the complex is not very nice, but the room makes up for it. Parking is limited and not always free depending on where and when you park. Local restaurants, bars, and bakeries within walking distance. There are a lot of stray cats, but they are not aggressive.

Truly beautiful design, very clean and good staff

The apartment is very close to some of Haifa's best restaurants. It is important to ensure you contact Shali (owner) before hand to arrange the keys which was very easy. He was very approachable and efficient in responding to requests. The TV had stopped working and someone was there within 30 minutes to get it up and running again.The apartment is very close to the restaurants and activities but very quiet at night. An extra comfort was the washer and dryer which made life really easy. I would definitely recommend this to friends in the future

Modern decor

The experience was ok. We had difficulty finding the apartment and finding a place to park the car. To enter the apartment we had to call the contact number to receive many instructions (location of the key, how to get hot water, where to look for additional sheets). We found 3 bedspread / comforter in the closet for use in the bed which was not prepared, and two of them were dirty with stains.

Wonderful location. Parking easy. Modern updates.

Perhaps the best part was Bella ' s hospitality and invaluable orientation to the area. However, make sure you know how to connect with her before you go, since trying to figure out how to connect with her once we got there was a bit of a challenge.
