Excellent property in the hot spring district. Right next to public transportation ( train ). In house hot spring was very good, breakfast and traditional Japanese seafood dinner were excellent as well. Would happily come back.

We loved the Onsen experience at the hotel! We experienced the ryokan setup at the hotel and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of variety. The outside Onsen has nice view.

An excellent hotel with clean, traditional Japanese-style rooms. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The location is very convenient, being just a short distance from major public transportation hubs. Amazing hotel, you can enjoy the traditional side of Japan with great hot springs in traditional clothing or eat delicious meals on a high quality level. Most of the staff speaks and understands English very well. One of our most rememberable nights on our 3 weeks tour through Japan.

Loved our stay

We booked the room with private onsen. The staff was attentive and amazing. Everyone was very helpful and hospitable. The hotel itself is a bit more dated, however it was ver clean. The private onsen was just what we needed, since we were too shy to use the public ones.

Lovely Ryokan, excellent stay

The staff couldn't do more for you. Ushered to front desk and personally taken to the room and everything explained.. Room was beautiful. Futon very comfortable. Top floor onsen and several onsen on the bottom floor. Breakfast was plentiful. I'd stay again.

Traditional hotel with timber floors. Rooms have tatami floors and it consists of male and female onsens. Parking is adjacent to the property, convenient if you are exploring Hakodate in a car.
