"Lovely, great location, friendly staff"

"The staff were so welcoming and it was a comfortable environment to stay at. "

"The hotel is not the most convenient to Hakuba town, but it is quite and there is a shuttle to two ski resorts (limited to three times a day, each way). The breakfast is a great way to start the day and the onsen is a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. The rooms are vintage charm, but the staff are so very friendly."

Wish I never had to leave! 10/10!!!! "

"A lovely traditional Japanese hotel with large rooms, elaborate breakfast and very helpful staff. "

"It is close to the station and the big supermarket."

The food is absolutely exceptional, and you can tell they take great pride in the food they grow and Kimi’s mom is an incredible cook. We will never forget our stay, and enthusiastically recommend...
