"Breakfast and omelettes made by Noe were a highlight. The housekeeping was lacking our room wasn’t very clean. Furniture was dirty, windows dirty. The floors were not vacuumed. Strong musty smell in room. And the HVAC fan constantly runs and is external loud. Had to turn air off to sleep. Not good when it is warm weather. The beds are not comfortable. Front desk at check out was not friendly and rude when I asked for a receipt. For the price point and compared to other Embassy Suites this hotel...

"The lobby level of the hotel is beautiful. Our room was ok. We had a balcony that was shared with two other rooms. It looked out over the open area near the Alamo. The air conditioning in our room was not good. It never got very cool and it wasn’t even that hot outside. Talked to the desk and they said they would send someone up to check it.
