The gracious front desk associate assisted me in checking in earlier than their posted check-in time, which was much appreciated. Every aspect of the facility was impeccably clean and inviting. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. First things first the staff was great! Very friendly and personable. The lobby is beautiful. The room is well equipped with all essentials. The twin beds are a bit narrow but were comfortable for us. The drive to downtown is very doable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great and kind personnel, cool design of the interior, clean and spacious room, close to the airport (5 euro to ride). The only thing we didn't like was the shower area: it is half open and the floor of the whole bathroom area gets easily wet, like soaking wet to the point you have to use two of your towels to dry the floor out - kinda a bad design idea

Very close to airport. Parking area was full to have to do some alternative parking and still pay. The room was very nice but the heating system was not running well and the room was very hot even when the outside temperature was not that high. Breakfast was very nice.

Weekend trip

decent hotel, great staff , breakfast was fine , could have had more fruits, eggs were over very quick. The bathroom had all in one soap , few necessary kits for shoe polish, sewing etc. we did not appreciate the sound insulation, our neighbours were loud and we could hear everything they spoke but the staff midnight was kind to hear our call and speak with the neighbours. Also the bed was very uncomfortable, it was deformed , okay for a night or two. Overall it’s was okay, nothing outstanding, appreciate being close to the airport and the shuttle service by the hotel for a small fee.

Shortcomings in the room

Several shortcomings in room amenities compared to other hotels; no coffee or tea available, no body lotion and conditioner for use and no room service from the restaurant (however a service minded waitress was kind to bring the food over from the hotel restaurant).

Nice room, but there is a lack of cleaning

Nice room, but there is a lack of cleaning when you ask for it. I stayed 4 nights but it was only cleaned once. And even though the cleaning has been done. The banana peel garbage has not even been removed from the first night. And the soundproofing is not optimal. You can hear the neighbor talking or play music while you sleep.
