"Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street."

"I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the "new" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck."

Comfy bed, I like the firm mattress. Breakfast was your standard cheap as can be free breakfast. Microwave heated egg patties, sausage patties. Biscuits but no gravy. Walmart brand yogurt cups. Coffee tasted burnt but it was just whatever brand they used. I've had excellent breakfasts at other hotels. Not talking about the...
