"This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon."

"We liked the property and enjoyed our stay! Great location, helpful staff, and very clean. The room and bathroom have been renovated nicely. Because the property is converted from an old house so the room was smallish, and we were on the third floor so there are stairs to climb, which may be an issue for some folks."

"The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay."
