did not get a decent night sleep in 4 days visit, loud and noisy at all hours. Bonus stars for being pet friendly, staff was courteous, otherwise unremarkable. room smelled odd as well.

The property was good and the manager was nice. The problem was when we arrived and checked in, got the key and went to the our assigned room, the door was ajar and the room wasn’t ready. We had go back to the front desk and let the manager know. He did offer us another room that would be ready in an hour. Otherwise, he was very friendly and apologized.

Many New Changes & Upgrades
I'm really impressed with the upgrades of the motel. I went away for a while and came back to a higher standard of customer service, plenty of management staff available at all times, freshly painted halls, staff calling you by name and acknowledging you. They always have towels and linen ready for you. They have more strict policies that make being there more comfortable and safe. The laundry room is cheaper than the laundromat and is accessible 24hr/day. You can use coins or pay digital with your phone. It's very convenient. As always the location can't be beat! Close to the interstate, gas station, major shopping/entertainment area, the hospital, and colleges! You can drive or catch the bus in front of the motel. I'm never disappointed staying here.

When we arrived we didn't have toilet paper, the bed sheets were dirty, we didn't have towels, or a blanket and our Tv didn't work .

When you walked towards the elevators it smelled of mildew. My room had a leak that you can tell they just patched up. There were roaches and dead roaches in my room. The room also smelled horrible I had to buy a candle to get the smell out.

Got what I paid for... travelling alone I wanted cheap. Clean & safet but should have spent a little more. TV didn't work (replaced), phone didn't work (just went to desk) and not enough light to enjoy a book.

I had stayed here many times before the last time being 2019 and they were doing renovations so I was looking forward to seeing what the rooms looked like now. I was truly disappointed. I know this is an extended stay facility but please make the roaches check out before your paying guest check in. Housekeeping needs to be retrained and understand that COVID is still very much present in 2023. The floors and chairs in my room were dirty and had not seen soap and water in a while. I went to wet a wash cloth to wash my face and when I wrung the water out, the sink was full of suds. From a dry clean wash cloth?? What did they wash it in that would make suds just from getting it wet? A child had left stickers on the wall that housekeeping failed to remove. I kept a chair propped up against my door at night because the gap between the door frame and the door was very noticeable. Housekeeping has never bothered to vaccuum or shampoo the hallway carpets and it shows. Check in clerk stopped in the middle of checking us in to go yell at two little boys that were running around, I think they were hers or her friends. There were children laying outside on the porch on their phones and the adults just hanging out around the front door. When I got to my room I called out once I opened the door because the room smelled like an old man’s pipe and I thought someone was already occupying the room. Needless to say, this is my last visit to this motel!

There are pros and cons to all motels. This place does not have the quality of the Hilton so you wouldn’t come here for that. It does have a lot for your budget. It’s one of the very few motels that allows pets without fees. It has a kitchenette unlike many places that only offer microwave and a little fridge. It’s secure and safe. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is amazing!! Close to the interstate and surrounded by everything!! You name it, it’s close by. It doesn’t offer continental breakfast or have a pool but what they do offer is more than worth the stay for the price they charge.

Property was not staffed when I checked in. Employees were literally walking out. Fire Department was called by a guest who couldn't get into his room because the front desk was closed. He pulled the Fire alarm at 4 am in the morning.

Starting from check-in. as we pulled into the property, we saw so many people just hanging around the front door. But not only hanging around. They were also smoking weed. As I approached the front desk, no one was there at the time because the female that ended up checking us in was one of the folks standing out side. When we first stepped into the front desk, it did not smell nor look like it had been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The walls were dirty. After checking in, we go to the elevator and it felt like a hot box now we are on our floor which is the second floor , and it’s even hotter. The carpets are dirty and they have not been vacuumed at all our entire stay. The only good thing about our checking was the nice cool room we had. The beds only had a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. There was no comforter or blanket. The bathroom had the towel hanger bar on the floor, where it had broken off prior to our stay and no one fixed it. I will never return to this property and nor will I ever recommend.
