"We stayed in the full apartment with private balcony, very comfortable and clean, this is the closest Inn to the Casino Ballroom where we saw a concert just a few doors down the street. Parking is very limited in this area, and the Pelham did not charge extra for it. Hampton Beach is an older area, but lots of fun and the Casino Ballroom is full of history. "I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning. "

"picture posted makes the place look VERY nice. Room was in need of repairs, leaking ceiling in bathroom, drywall chipped. No need for a full size fridge or kitchen sink since there is no stove. That space can be used to make the bathroom a little bigger. "

"Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach."

"We were pleased with our stay overall. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The room was large and cozy. It was also well insulated so noise from other guests and outside was not an issue. The only issues we had were that you get 2 metal keys for your room at check in, only 1 worked. The other was not even close to the same cut. I brought it back but they had no other key to offer, so only 1 room key for 4 of us. The other issue was parking. The room...

"We were very happy with our stay. Loved being directly across from the beach and absolutely loved the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The owner surprised us with fresh scones for breakfast one morning and her son carried our bags up to our room on arrival. The room was a little tight for our family of four and the beds were a little too firm but otherwise it was perfect. We plan to visit again soon. "

"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled.
