"Rented the top tier oceanfront room with balcony for one night. They refused to check me in before 4 but if I wanted to pay a $30 fee, I could check in early. Had to pay $25 to park and another $25 for resort fee for items I could not use due to bad weather. Couldn’t get a late check out unless I paid more. I was allowed to use the room for 19 hours. Not a day. Hotel is clean and well located."

"We found this place on a whim. We were heading up to Acadia and stopped half way to break up the trip. Staff was very accommodating, they gave us rooms close to the lobby so my 86 year old mother didn't have to walk that far. Rooms were clean and spacious and close to the highway and restaurants. If we're up this way again, we'll definitely stop here."

"Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and the little ‘extras’ were a treat…a glass of champagne when we arrived, chocolate chip cookies at 4 pm and a delicious breakfast the next morning. Would love to stay here again if ever we are back in exeter"

"An off season, impromptu trip to Hampton with my husband was made perfect with this hotel. In my 55 years, this was my first oceanfront with a balcony view room. And it was gorgeous! The room was clean and fresh, and quite large! The beds are comfortable and clean. This place is a win win for me. Looking forward to next summer!"
