Our party of 20pax arrived at 10pm to checkin and the hotel staff took note of a request I made earlier in terms of room arrangements - connecting rooms, rooms on the same floor, etc. Excellent and extremely helpful front desk staff.

The room is clean and very spacious. Location is convenient to major attractions and shopping. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou At Hangzhou Centre
It was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

Kempinski Hotel Hangzhou
Lovely room with super soft bathrobes and we liked so much we have bought one for home. Staffs were helpful and efficient and they kindly extended our check out time to take into account our late flight.
