Clean, quiet, no frills

It was quiet, there is no staff on duty at night. The check in process to get the key from the lock box was easy but the lock was difficult to open on the room. There is no AC and it was unseasonably warm so it was rather stuffy in the room. The room was basic and very clean. No elevator.

Alles gut man konnte das Zimmer um 13 Uhr schon bekommen .gut auch Kaffeeautomat im Zimmer ruhig war es .ich konnte die Beherbergungssteuer noch am gleichen Tag bezahlen

Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber vollkommen ok. Man kann günstig übernachten und ist nah am Zentrum. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

Ich möchte mich insbesondere für den guten Service (freundliches Telefonat mit einem netten Menschen bezüglich des Eincheckens) und das sehr freundliche Personal Vorort bedanken! Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer Seitenstraße, man hört bei gekipptem Fenster aber doch deutlich die stark befahrene Vahrenwalder Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ist es angenehm ruhig! Gerne besuche ich Sie wieder!

Für zwei Nächte ok

Einfaches, kleines und unspektakuläres familiengeführtes Stadthotel. Verkehrsgünstige Lage im nördlichen Stadtgebiet. Der Self-Check-in ohne Rezeption mag für späte Anreisen praktisch sein, macht es aber auch unpersönlich. Die Matratzen sind etwas zu weich und durchgelegen. Die Türen sind dünn und fallen laut zu.

Auf der Hotelwebseite wird angegeben, dass ein hoteleigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Leider waren diese Parkplätze alle belegt, obwohl das Hotel kaum belegt war. Ausweichalternativen konnten durch den Online - Check-In nicht erfragt werden. Das hat leider zur Abwertung geführt.

Für mich war es leider zu laut. Das liegt einfach an der Umgebung des Hotels. Und bei der Hitze fiel die Wahl auf schlecht schlafen wegen Lärm oder schlecht schlafen wegen Hitze im Zimmer. Sonst war das Hotel aber wirklich nett. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Rührei war toll! Eventuell wäre noch eine zusätzlicher veganer Brotaufstrich schön für Leute die weder Käse noch Wurst essen. Die Körnerbrötchen waren leider etwas trocken, die Auswahl an Müsli war großartig! Das Highlight des Aufenthalts ist aber der Service. Die nette Dame am Empfang und beim Frühstück war wirklich so so freundlich und hat sich um alles sehr herzlich gekümmert. Vielen Dank dafür.
