"I had requested a handicap room that had a wheelchair accessible shower, restroom facilities. I had to work with two different front desk attendant in order to get the accommodations. The second front desk attendant was awesome in getting the accommodations I needed for my mother. It's vital that staff understand the needs of those with special needs. We had to go to a shell station to pick up some beverages. We couldn’t even make coffee in our room due to the fact there was no water at all in the hotel to make coffee. "
