"We weren’t given the type of rooms we asked for, the toilet in one of our rooms didn’t work, and the staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful in solving our issues. The place looked old and dirty and rundown. Not at all what I expect from Marriott. We are frequent travelers and I was shocked."

"We checked in and we're given keys for our room which I book a king size bed. We go to our room open the door and there were guests in there half baked quite embarrassing. So then they put us in a totally handicap room bed 2 feet off the floor I was so appalled. We always like going here when we're in town

"I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am.
