"Great breakfast. Evening staff was not great at all though. The games on the phone was more important than helping people at the counter apparently and when I did get interaction with the evening employee she acted like it was a chore to do her job 2 days in a row so that was frustrating. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice view of the lake when eating breakfast."

"The room was clean. I need a accessible room and it was very safe to use. Grab bars and a walk-in shower. My only complaint was the staff were not hospitable. There was no interaction with the guests. I was very surprised at that."
