"The mens bathroom in the lobby was disgusting. Water, i think, all over the floor. There was a broken urinal. Garbage overflowing also. The comforter in our room was dirty or stained the total width of the comforter. I have pictures to verify my claims. I dontblike to complain but when you pay your hard earned money.....you expect cleanliness at the minimum. "

"Loved it! Beautiful hotel with a ton of great amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. Lots of good food and drink options on site and easy beach access. Good location - it’s tucked back but close enough to get to a couple of coffee shops, restaurants, etc on bikes. Would gladly stay again!"

"Please use the Google link to see my Google review for this property since Expedia will not allow me to post enough words to describe what happened. It was an absolute nightmare staying here. The rooms are tiny, dated and unkept. There was a substance that looked like black mold in my room. The room was unbearably hot since the heat didn’t work. "The pool was enjoyable. Did not like that you had to rent beach chairs for $18 single chair-$46(double beach chairs and umbrella) every day! At check-in you pay extra for resort amenities so I was confused when I had to pay extra to relax on Hilton’s beach property. "

"We’ve stayed here many times in the past, but this was the first time since Covid. It’s still a beautiful hotel and they said by next summer, they will have even more amenities. The staff is always wonderful. This year, I noticed paint peeling, faded furniture, stains on carpet, etc. Seems like they’re overdue for some touchups, but hopefully that’s all included with their updates they’re expecting by next summer. The only dissatisfaction I had was the loud DJ during the day. It was impossible to sit on the balcony and relax. Even with the door balcony door closed, it was too loud to relax or watch tv without being able to hear it. We were on 3rd floor on the far opposite side of where the DJ was. Can’t imagine how challenging it was for guests that were even closer. They did turn it down a bit when asked, but it was blaring from I think 10am-4pm, which is a long time to not be able to enjoy the room. The first day we went to the beach to get away from it. The background music is nice by the pool, just way too loud. The live music in the evening was at a much better volume and more calm, so we could barely hear on balcony and couldn’t hear it with glass door closed. Otherwise, as always, we loved our stay. I’m sure we’ll be back again. It’s still one of our favorite hotels."
