"A grand lobby and hotel idea for sure but can come a little stronger with little things. I enjoy the lobby area and how much there is to see. I get the concept, lodge/cabin and the room reflected that. But there needs to be small upgrades. Could not figure out the ac and that can be bad in Texas. Furniture in room, hallways, dated and so is bath. Booked a room for four but had a bar of soap a little bigger than a quarter. No hand soap/ shampoo, conditioner. Nice grounds, pool area and lots of staff/ maintenance on property. Close to a lot of store/ restaurants and quiet. Even if it says break available online, that is not the case. Was told buffet was only available after Wednesday but left day before."

"La Quinta in Kerrville Texas has been my home away from home for the last four years. My granddaughter played volleyball for Schreiner university. She has now graduated and I won’t be visiting Kerville as often. I will miss everyone at the hotel from the cleaning people to the cooks to the lady at the desk. Thanks for taking care of me even when I was by myself God bless and may you continue to grow. "
