"Very clean"

"Staff friendly! Unfortunately the ice machine was not working, despite being told it was new and manager trying to restart it, still no ice in the heat. Room was clean. Breakfast was great! Nice establishment!"

"Room is smell weird. Microwave inside the room is dirty and smell. The sink hot water doesn’t work. And when we got to the property the lady in front desk insisting to charged us $46 for the pet fee eventho I showed her that in Expedia it’s showed $40 and we also confirmed this by calling the hotel before making the reservation. She say she can’t go lower than $46. Won’t stay there again upon our next visit."

"What matters most to us is that the place is clean, and there are no roaches. Check! Next, a fridge and microwave are important. They had a nice, larger compact fridge. I took off a star because there was no microwave, and it was expensive, like 85+/night and we always have to purchase 2 nights because we sleep during the day and checkout is usually at 11. "Check in was easy. The front desk was friendly. There was a funny smell when entering and the trash was overflowing by the front door. I appreciate room service came everyday (stay was Friday-Monday), and they did a great job. Carpet could use a deep cleaning. Fire alarm went off the first night there for over an hour, and it took for guests to ask what was going on to be told that someone was messing with the alarm. The hotel was dated but not too bad to just sleep in."

"In a few words it was a dump. NOTHING WORKED! Only choice was to have the A/C on or off. Doors were hard to open and close—too close to the floor. Stains on every bit of fabric in the room—bedspreads, chairs. Not enough towels and they were pitifully thin. Refrigerator not turned on when we checked in. My husband’s meds had to be refrigerated—the boxes were soaked with water this morning. Little coffee maker placed on the side of the counter with no outlet—had to be scrunched next to the sink...
