The first thing I’ll say is that when making the reservation, I did not see anything about the hotel being renovated . With that being said , the hotel was well kept at the entrance. My room was a bit out dated and needed some work, maybe that’s why it’s being renovated. The room was clean but I would have hoped to have gotten a better room if there was one. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast options were ok. If I would go back to Hershey I would probably give the hotel another chance but would make sure the renovation is completed.

A “get what you pay for” type of spot. No complaints. Staff was solid and helpful. Hotel was under renovations but it was communicated and did not impact the stay. Pool was very warm but small. Good for small kids. Short drive from Hershey Park and many dining options around.

It was very very embarrassing and hurtful I booked a room off of expedia.com and I had no clue about no incidental fee for $100 cash and the room was only 42 bucks so when I get there to check in and that's all the money me and my girlfriend have cuz we're basically struggling right now and homeless sleeping in our car so when we do get enough money we get a hotel sometimes to shower and eat and all that good stuff and I go inside the front desk lady site I need your car for instance it's going to be $100 they're going to charge it and then when you check out we're going to give it back so I look at her and I'm like I don't I didn't know anything about $900 and she says what you need it so I go out to the car tell my girl my girlfriend to go in there and talk to her and my girlfriend told her we're homeless we took all the money to get this room tonight and if we don't get this room we're going to sleep outside and our car in your parking lot which guess what happened we called everybody the general manager would call Expedia we tried to negotiate with the front desk lady and beg her to let us stay in there cuz it was cold and I guess what happened she told us there's nothing she could do and she made us sleep in our car in their parking lot where we just paid for a room at so yeah customer service nowadays and it was incidentals that's what stopped us when you give it back to us anyway you couldn't just like clear it you couldn't she couldn't just clear it for one night to b

This place is an absolute dump!! I checked in and went to our room and we immediately grabbed our stuff and left. So dirty, the staff was rude, and the whole property seemed to be under some type of “construction”. I would never step foot in this place again.

I booked this place while extremely tired on thr road close to midnight thinking I had booked a deal because of the area and the surrounding hotels that i was shocked to walk in and see a barely working elevator wrapped in plastic wrap due to renovations and ongoing construction plaques on the wall outdated from over a decade ago, and although the staff was extremely friendly, the room left little to be desired. The refrigerator did not work my air conditioner also did not work until the front desk came up and did some sort of Jimmy on the outlet plug that got it to work. The toilet seat was cracked and the shower looked like a closet. Needless to say I was desperate too exhausted to try to find somewhere else to stay.

The staff on this location was good but the building looks like is under renovation., • first the room has a smell like old place, the bed has a blood stain on the sheets the tv doesn’t work at all and was no breakfast just coffee juice and muffins that all and the bed was so hard we barely slept… sorry about my review but at least is honest.

Was overcharged but the manager took care of it immediately. It is under construction so hopefully will look a little more updated. Stayed 3 nights with my daughter pool was a great touch breakfast was just waffles and cereals. Overall worth what I paid.

The lady who checked me in was amazing other than that the rest of the staff no so much. Bathroom in the room was absolutely disgusting- we wouldn't even shower due to how dirty the tub was. Thankfully we only needed a place to sleep for a few hours

overall okay. A lot of amenities were out - lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Pool was small, gym didnt have too many items to work out. Breakfast was okay, but didnt have a lot of protein items except peanut butter. Coffee was good. Hair dryer did not work. Mirrors were cloudy, bad first impression. If you have $20 to $50 more to spend I would go to the other franchises with a bigger facility. They gave me shampoo, but one shouldn't have to ask for everything that runs out, which should have been refilled on the first day of stay.

Breakfast was a joke, put out a loaf of bread more than 2 weeks expired and had very little option, room was gross. This hotel was inexpensive we stopped for one night on our trip because it got good reviews, do not make the same mistake the reviews are wrong. You couldn't pay me to stay there again!
We had no heat or air
Expired bread at breakfast.The only options fir breakfast were toast ,bagles,frootloops,raisin brand, or waffles.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I check into my room to see there’s already someone staying there, literally walked into a room with people changing clothes…I go to the front desk to get a refund, I was told to contact Expedia, then after contacting Expedia, Expedia told me the hotel has to refund me…by far the worse hotel in HBG, PA! I’m from there so i know….wont ever consider this place, and I’m deleting the Expedia app!
