"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"Arrived to New York around 11 o’clock couldn’t check in until 4 after requesting early check in. Couldn’t get it. Fine. Arrived to the room and as soon as I shut the door I noticed a bunch of dust build up in the wallpaper behind the door(I have pictures of all of it.) Fine. Wasn’t gonna let it bother me. Until I arrived to the bathroom. Mind you I had been waiting all door for this room to be “cleaned” When I arrived to the bathroom there is black mold all over the ceiling. Big spots of it and...

"Room was nicely updated. Beds were small and uncomfortable though. You could see light coming in from around the door that led to the hallway- as a result, you could clearly hear everyone walking by. VERY small elevator. The hotel was very convenient to everything in the Times Square area though!"
