"First night, my room was on the second floor near the pool, the ac was not blowing cold air which made the room feel humid, the tv did not connect to Netflix app even tho the hotel has internet service. I was told that, it’s just a feature that doesn’t work. When waking up to use the shower, the shower would not turn off, I had to push it in and keep twisting it until it turn off. Went to the front desk and they did accommodate me by switching my room and moving to the 5th floor. Also the ihop/applebees that’s connected to the hotel had horrible customer service and quality of food was bad too. "

"Nothing but trash outside of our room window. Remodeling demo trash all along the back of the property. Room TV didn't work. Mold growing in pool area and the pool table had broken sticks/duck tape all over table."

"The property is in a great location and the staff are always very helpful. The breakfast is always excellent and the rooms are very clean. The place is a 10/10. We travel for brewers game and it’s within 5 minutes of the stadium. Tried other hotels in the area, not good."

"This is a rather standard no-frills place but staff was great, location convenient, and price unbeatable! The property is dated and wish they had a no-slip mat for taking shower. Otherwise, I say "bravo!""
