"First night, my room was on the second floor near the pool, the ac was not blowing cold air which made the room feel humid, the tv did not connect to Netflix app even tho the hotel has internet service. I was told that, it’s just a feature that doesn’t work. When waking up to use the shower, the shower would not turn off, I had to push it in and keep twisting it until it turn off. Went to the front desk and they did accommodate me by switching my room and moving to the 5th floor. Also the ihop/applebees that’s connected to the hotel had horrible customer service and quality of food was bad too. "
