"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was extremely clean. However, the hotel itself is quite old and could use some updating. My room had only one very small window, which wasn’t ideal and made me feel a bit anxious. Overall, it’s a good option considering its convenient location and reasonable price."

"Lots of little crusty bits in the corners of the rooms. Hot breakfast was not hot and tasted stale, as if it had been re-heated (but only partially, because, as I said, it was not hot)."

"The first room I was assigned wasn’t clean, as in it just got overlooked by housekeeping. Nothing offensive or gross. Front desk reassigned me quickly and apologized. Mistakes are unavoidable, we are human; great staff response and great stay otherwise."

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. "

"We only stayed one night but the place is very run down. Probably why it was so cheap. The beds creak when you move. The door to the bathroom in our room didn’t close all the way or lock. The staff was friendly enough and we didn’t have any issues while there. "
