"The staff was very nice There is no parking on site. You have to find a garage and it is still horrible before checkout. We had an hour left was in our room getting ready and the housekeeping just walked in no knocking no acknowledging herself or nothing just came straight in the room."

"The hotel is in the heart of the downtown and is easily accessible to all the restaurants, cloud gate, and other attractions. Best of all, the staff is amazing and friendly starting from front desk to room service. They made my stay a very pleasant one. The only thing that was missing in the room is a comfortable couch. I wish they gave a mini couch/table or something instead of chair/table to sit and eat comfortably but that’s not biggie! Love it! Thank You Hyatt!! I would surely recommend...

"I booked this stay with Expedia for $164 for a one night stay. I would rate this stay 5+ stars as it was phenomenal. I visited to attend a concert at the Salt Shed. Parking - There was parking in front of the hotel, which is $4.75 per hour. I arrived to check at 5:30 and utilized the street parking. They offer $24 hour parking for $60. "The hotel was cute, aesthetic and wonderful smelling (hello Hotel Lobby scent) and the front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. The king room we had was a tad small, but as expected given the location. Do note that the bathroom door is only a sliding ‘barn door’ style and does not entirely enclose it.
