"Rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, the breakfast is always good, friendly staff and great hidden quiet location. I always book here now! The only downside is the small tubs and low shower heads, but it can definitely be looked past"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Common areas of the hotel were well kept and clean. Felt safe and lots of staff in lobby to help as needed. Appreciated the small cafe for weekend, when most of downtown was quiet/closed. Close to riverwalk which was clean and had many bikers/runners. Bathroom in the room was in good shape, great shower. Towels could use a bit more substance/refresh. Furnishings in the room itself were showing wear and some surfaces could use a good clean (welcomed to my room with a handprint smear on the door, so not the best first impression). Overall, felt safe and reasonably clean for a few nights stay! If staying for a conference in this area again, likely would chose this location."

"Everything was great but I didn't get to use the water park area, because they close early on Sunday and aren't open on Mondays ("Back to school hours"). Not upset about it, just a bit disappointed. I wish I had checked before I went to dinner and people watching. I guess I'll have to go back to try the waterpark!"
