"Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know...

"This hotel was filthy. I had to change my room twice. First room 129, filthy sheets and bedding. Second room 112, smelled like dog urine. A dog chewed up some items in the room and there was dog hair all over. The pull out mattress had what looked like droppings and stains. The third room was much better. They advertised the indoor pool as heated but it was FREEZING! Not only the pool water but the room itself. The staff checked it for me and the temp was around 71/72. They apologized and...

"Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!"

"Excellent breakfast menu, and employees very friendly and helpful. Very popular place so book early seem to be a lot of children using the pool, but it didn’t bother me as I did not use the pool. Pool is heated and would be a relaxing place turn off hours. In the same parking lot is an Anthony’s pizza which is very popular and an excellent choice to grab something quick and not have to drive."
