The staff at Tru are exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I had one staff even bring orange juice and apple juice to our room for breakfast because my hands were full. Even though it was a chaotic weekend with the Holman Reunion, they still managed to keep the environment all-guest friendly by enforcing quiet time and keeping it clean. Great job!!

Great stay

This was just a one night stay while visiting family in the area, and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations! Not only is the color scheme pleasant and appealing, the lobby has a pool table and several games available to the guests. The free breakfast was nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. There were a few cosmetic issues in the room (exposed wiring from a replaced network outlet, some screw holes that hadn’t been patched, and some ill-placed towel hooks in the bathroom), but overall this was an amazing stay!

Good Value and Super Clean!

Super clean rooms, very functional and a good deal for the money! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The only improvement needed was to fix back door entrance that never worked with the key which caused issues.

The hotel was clean and well kept. There was one entry door that had a broken lock, which was a slight inconvenience, but not devastating. The free breakfast was better than some other hotels, but not gourmet by any means. Overall, a good place to stay, but a little short of excellant.

Class reunion weekend

The check in was slow because it was a third party reservation and the next day the hotel did not show that we had checked in. They asked me to come to the front desk to complete our reservation process. Our room was clean but no closet or any place to put anything away. No microwave and only a small refrigerator without a freezer. Complimentary breakfast was better than most.
