positiv: großes Zimmer, gut eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück für einen kürzeren Urlaub, zentrale Lage negativ: Spinnweben im Zimmer an der Decke; Bad ohne Spiegel und Haken; Parkplatz ist nur zu benutzen, wenn man ein geübter Fahrer ist; Consierge unprofessionell (Rechnungsbetrag wurde abgebucht, ohne zu fragen, ob die angegebene Kreditkarte noch die aktuelle ist; erst ein Anruf und mehrere Versuche öffneten die Hoteltür; Kommunikation verbesserungsbedürftig)

Es beginnt damit, dass man von außen nicht erkennen kann, dass es sich um das gebuchte Hotel handelt. Wenn man einchecken möchte, ist kein Personal vor Ort. Am Telefon wird man abgespeist mit "was soll ich machen, ich bin nicht vor Ort" Stattdessen soll man erst noch eine Runde um den Block drehen, um beim Hintereingang den Schlüssel per Code holen zu können. Bei aller Liebe: Das geht gar nicht. Ich habe es direkt telefonisch vor Ort storniert.

Für das gebuchte Zimmer gab es nur eine eigene Toilette/ ein eigenes Bad auf dem Flur. Das kann man händeln, ist aber nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Freundlicher Service. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist vorbildlich, d. h. angemessen!
