"I think it is a hotel with a nice atmosphere and good hospitality.
Upon arrival, they offered us welcome drinks. I was grateful and it
was delicious since I was thirsty. There is also a bottle of filtered
drinking water in the room. Moreover, there is a shared kettle and
espresso machine in the hallway. It is nice to be able to drink coffee
or tea freely.
The room is spacious and the bed is large. There is also a shared
terrace where you can eat and drink what you bring with you.

"We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view.
Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!

"I usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub I’m using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean. My only quibble was that bed had a footboard which is always a problem for tall people. The bus stop is right...
"Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!"
"We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm. "
"We were in the loft Suite 580. It was perfect for a family with three teenagers. The deck view and accommodations were outstanding. Unfortunately, during our stay, it rained quite a bit, but overall, the suite was perfect for our family trip. We strongly recommend HOP!"
