"Definitely don't recommend. The first room we were assigned had been smoked in -- the front desk guy was super helpful and got us a second room. Great of him, but ick. We were excited for the pool and hot tub -- but the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was fine but really small. "Great location, very central with opportunity to walk and see Helena. This is a budgetary hotel (It's in the name, :)), that exceeds the expectations. Plenty of parking (mid-week), very clean rooms, decently quiet. Will stay there again. Thank you!"

"Filthy! No TV. No breakfast. Upholstery on the chair in the room ripped up. Pulled back sheets to find what looked like a blood stain. Screen falling out of the window. Filthy soap scum in the shower, my wife wouldn't even stand in it. Trash in the stairwell. Water stains on the ceiling. I have pictures!!! "The old lady at the front desk doesn't know what she is doing. She is rude beyond belief. Instead of taking responsibility for things, she quickly blamed housekeeping, the nightshift clerk, and the morning clerk. I don't need to hear you trash talk your coworkers. "Room was absolutely disgusting! Blood stained pillows, stained bedspread, mattress gross! No way was I staying there. Staff wouldn’t offer refund. So, I “ate” my money and went elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Don’t bother booking."
