"Check in is online and painful including the need to upload ID for all guests, and installing the app.
The hotel and room PIN Is sent ahead of time and works well.
The room is functional and comfortable, everything you need for a stay. Bathroom well appointed with a great shower.
Breakfast in the cafe next door with good menu choices.
On site staff super helpful, even though it is all supposed to be online.
Parking in Brighton is difficult and expensive so see if you can sort it out before you...

Clean, tidy and, elegantly decorated and set out.
Secure, peaceful and comfortable.

"Excellent location, right next to the arcade and within walking distance of the train station and the beach. If you get a room facing the sea, the view is wonderful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay.
I happened to stay during a brutal heatwave (35Ā°C+), and the rooms don't have air conditioning. The property does provide spare fans and has ceiling fans, and some rooms have a balcony door for extra airflow,...

"Beautiful and homely hut! Has everything you need for a relaxing get away. The garden is much larger than I thought as well as being enclosed for dogs! The hosts were really lovely, great communication and welcoming."
