"Really nice older hotel. Great restaurant. Small amenities that were really nice like free car service within 1.5 mile radius, credit in the coffee shop, very helpful staff. Stayed in the summer and the air conditioning wasn’t great."

"Good location, not the best of views but nice enough. Valet parking $55 a day, come and go as you please and they were quick and efficient-would have scored an excellent had they helped with luggage. Needs a safe smoking/vaping area that is not public and on the street, maybe the same place you take your dog to go to the restroom in a concrete jungle? Pool was beautiful, warmish not freezing and clean. Pride of ownership is had in this area by the pool staff. Needs an update in comfie lounge cushions they were kinda flat and sun burnt. Great sound system that played a variety of tunes. Towels a plenty. Great hours early morning to late evening. Clean bar and restaurant area, food; large size portions and was tasty, over priced. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Lots of amenities- no ice, what's up with that? $25 breakfast, one cup coffee Keurig maker and mini fridge. Ironing board and iron. Plenty of hangers- which these ladies appreciated. Big and soft towels. Bath shampoo and conditioner, body soap, lotion all in refillable containers to use. Convenient 24/7 pay with card lil snack store. Secure elevators to upper floors, must have room key to use. Not sure how to improve the elevator system but it needs some work? Smallish with long wait times, usually crowded. Overall a GOOD stay, would recommend. The room was worn. When I opened the curtains the rubber stripping baseboard flopped on my toes. "Nitelites" on headboard didn't work. Broken hand soap bottle lid."

"This was a short family trip of 4 days. What I liked more was the hotel is so close to EVERYTHING. 90% of the things or places to see are walking distance . The temperature was very good. The hotel staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Complimentary breakfast very good and the coffee was delicious. Great place to stay in, fully recommended."

"Bedroom clean and bed comfortable. Cabinet that held fridge was broken. We had no wash clothes in the bathroom to clean with. Only hand towels and bath towels. Light in bathroom dim. Wish there was an outlet next to the hallway mirror. It was hard to get ready for a wedding having to share the bathroom mirror for drying and styling hair. Valet was quick and friendly. Very hot outside and had to ask more than once to have the water refilled in the main lobby."

"Big pros and Big cons with this property. Pros: BEAUTIFUL. New. Trendy. Modern. Convenient area feels safe and is pretty. Fantastic jumping off point for the Denver area. Train stop is across the street. Nicely stocked cafe on site with a large assortment of everything you might need. Beds and pillows luxuriously soft. Room had floor to ceiling windows. 10/10 for looks. Cons: The description said valet is “available.” Valet is actually mandatory at 55$ a night plus tips. You cannot park your own car at all. At times there were cars waiting that went out both sides of the valet lane to the street. No shade other than when building blocks sun. Valet lane is on a hill, so it’s difficult to unload a lot of luggage, strollers, etc. Traffic poorly controlled here and felt like a free for all several times. Potentially long waits to retrieve vehicle. Can’t get forgotten items from car easily. Luggage racks are open bottom & don’t support smaller items. Handicapped amenities: No safe area to unload a wheelchair passenger if they ride on driver side. Accessible shower had seat bolted to tub that funneled water all over the floor. We were mopping and wringing multiple towels with every shower. Shades in bedroom area are semi-sheer; mediocre privacy at night, sun directly in face from bed with shades pulled. Outlets in Kitchenette and bathroom did not work. Accessible room was at end of hall as long as a city block, which is poor placement for people with mobility challenges."
