"Very easy check-in and welcoming staff! Great hosts in the morning and evening! And they would ask if you had explored their wonderful beautiful city and seen the sights! Awesome hotel stay! Great room with a view! Awesome pool. Breakfast buffet had different options every single day! Very close to the Taverna Kphtiko Kona, about a 2 min walk from the hotel. "Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. The hotel was very clean & the rooms were a little small, but had everything and were also very clean.The pool area was small, but lovely and suited us perfectly. The hotel is located about a 10-15min walk from the city centre and the sites were all accessible by walking, taxi or bus which was perfect for us. We will definitely be back."

"This was our 2nd time at Mitsis Rinela after trying a few of the Mitsis properties. The facilities and the sand beach are the main attraction for sure. Everything has been or is being refurbished and the hotel is really beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an all inclusive resort. Only drawback for us as a couple was the number of kids around but that’s the summer for you. Not much can be done about that. "
