"The room was beautiful, comfortable, and the AC was so wonderfully turned down and cold. We had a wonderful stay. We even got a view of the ocean which is always a plus!"

"The noise level on the second floor that has some handicaped rooms was BAD. Not from street noise or people in the pool but the cooling system. It did a great job of keeping the room cold but rattled and roared all night. It didnt get better after I tried to turn it off. On the other hand the staff was helpful with the luggage carts and the breakfast was very nice. I was happy to find that there was covered, lighted parking available for $20 a night because there was a large amount of foot...

"Location was great. Staff was friendly. parking is not included. It’s a daily rate of $10 for night. The 1818 restaurant downstairs is privately owned is seems to be hit or miss on the reviews. My wife and kid had breakfast there and it was mediocre. They seem short staffed."

"The staff here were great, but the property itself is seriously showing its age. The guestrooms feel tired, and the TVs and in-room tech are very outdated and badly need an upgrade. The biggest downside was the parking—charging $32.48 for two days is incredibly steep and feels like a hidden tax, completely wiping out any savings you get from booking a competitive rate on Expedia. Between the aging accommodations and the high incidental fees, the value just wasn't there. Wouldn't stay again...

"Room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the beachfront access was very dirty. I wish they would keep it clean and maintained. We had to walk far from the hotel to have beech access."

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

"Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions."

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."
