"The room was well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not put out the door tag for cleaning on the first night. I didn't see it, as it was under the Do Not Disturb sign. When I returned, the bed was not made and the used towels were still in the bathroom. After the second night I put out the door sign which said "Maid Service, Please clean this room as soon as possible". When I returned in the late afternoon, the room had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and the used towels were still in the bathroom. I reported this to the person at the front desk. She gave me clean towels and said that the card for the maid which was in my room was outdated, though it was the only one available to me. Other than that I was well satisfied with the room and the other services."
