This hotel is very old and dated. Bathroom had a terrible smell and wad full of mold in the shower. Had to spend the night there because we had no other choice at the moment. Couch was ripped as well. Terrible definitely not going back.

The property was clean with the marble floors. However I could not get them to answer the phone to get a shuttle from the airport to the motel. They did come to my room when I asked them to replace the tv remote and the tissues.

This hotel has it all, the location, spacios rooms except the workers. Im not a person to come with negative or defensive attitude but when it comes to being a tourist the receptionist do respond with a negative attitude. If they had a bad experience with past customers but they sure have to be friendly and be at its excelence in customer service. Customer service sucks.

Unacceptable Experience

Terrible stay. The security locks on the door were missing. The TV did not work. Housekeeping left us without bath towels. On the last day, our most important, there was no hot water for the shower so we were unable to shower in the morning. Overall, a bad experience.

Friends reunion

The worse hotel i ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! It’s very deceiving the pictures they showed on the site are not how the room looks inside. Horrible place! Outdated . I stay in an Executive suite which is one of the highest priced rooms thinking about I was gonna get a comfortable a safe room but I was totally wrong! The most uncomfortable bed that my back hurts! My room key never worked properly! High overpriced for what they offer . Please don’t fall for it like I did!
No inside lock so i was very concern about my safety
The bed was terrible , my back was killing me after sleeping there for 2 nights
The head board was nasty and old
