"The AC cover was broken and there were some dents on the walls. So they need to fix it!"

"The doors to the handicap room we had and locking access door to parking did not have any way to keep them open. Getting a person in a wheelchair through the doors was very difficult...so much so that we did not stay our last night. Also, sidewalk is poorly maintained and bumping from crack to crack threatened to toss person from wheelchair. Definitely will not stay here again."

"Very classy and thoughtful experience. Fiji water and Nespresso machine with pods in the room complimentary. Target across the street. A dozen or more restaurants from sit down to fast food within 5 minutes walking. Whole foods style market in same building. 15 minute brisk walk to the subway entrance to DC. Had a great stay. "The property and price was good however the AC made a horrible sound every 45 minutes approximately. This made sleeping difficult. This issue along with others were reported and we were told they would come but no one did the entire time we were there. I think overall it would have been a good experience if not for the unresolved issues."
