"I love hotel Wayne for its historical character, its distance to everything honesdale, and having the restaurant & bar downstairs with Paulies food directly behind it. The 2 bedroom apartment is over the wine room which is nice since it’s a private (and only 1 ) stairway. While there’s limited hotel accommodations, this one will give you everything you need. I will always upgrade from the standard room (which I’ve stayed in - there’s a reason for upgrading !)"

"We have been coming to The Chestnut Inn for 29 years and are so happy that it is open again! We love the quiet setting of the beautiful lake and the great bands, too!! I wish that there were some more "simple" food options, rather than all the gourmet cuisine. We had people staying in the room above us and could hear them moving around a lot during the night, so they kept waking us up, and we had a loud sound machine. Maybe more floor padding instead of hardwood floors, would help to muffle...

"Had such a nice stay! The area is very pretty, and the cabin we stayed in was so cozy and cute. Only thing was the TV being in a weird spot, we wished we could watch it while laying in bed. Other than that, we really enjoyed it!"

"The Inn at Tyler Hill is simple a gem I almost don’t want to review as to make it impossible yo get into going forward. This small well appointed Inn is perfect for relaxing in a well appointed room with an awesome shower that had 4 jet sprays. The King bed was super comfy and the surroundings are picturesque.
