"Lovely city centre urban hotel. No spa, bar, dining room or gym - but that wasn’t expected. Lovely bedrooms. Modern bathrooms and AC. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. And the breakfast in the next door coffee shop was awesome. Highly recommended."

"The front desk staff were wonderful. Nearly all service staff were rude and unhelpful with a few of exceptions. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and that staff was great and kind. Everything was very clean. The included classes offered aren’t all week so we could not partake as it’s only offered 4 (I think) of the 7 days. Food was very tasty but it’s silly...
