"2 ice machines, neither worked and looked as hadn't worked in years. The TV was unwatchable. Signal was like barely pulling and in and out. The indoor pool they advertised was closed "during covid" as was the attached restaurant. The bed was Terrible. They did have a outdoor pool that was filled with kids and noisy."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Although the cable didn't work when I entered the room the front desk fixed it right away. There were no bugs. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a blow up mattress bought at the store. All the side lamps were bright so not really the type of light you would want to leave on to walk to the bathroom at night. The tallest lamp kept going out because the plug did not fit snug in the outlet. The...

"I checked into my room and found that the restroom was locked. So, I called the front desk and was informed that they were going to send someone to the room to open. I waited for an hour and no one came. I found a solution & managed to open it myself by using a coin. We kept our quarter on standby so we could unlock the door should it happen again."
