"I should have checked the room first they gave me one with a huge pillar that I had to walk around. Also they put me looking at the traffic circle and there's a hospital across the street so you hear ambulances when you're trying to sleep It's more like a b&b because the staff is not there overnight or early mornings the refrigerator was included."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them. Otherwise it was ok. "

"The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes we even tried airing it out but it was seeped into the furniture and there was nothing we could do. The pole the shower head sits into also kept coming off of the wall."
