"We absolutely loved our stay at Copperhead. We will greeted with a warm welcome by Grace, who was just wonderful. Then when we went to the cabin and opened the door, we were absolutely astonished by its beauty and its personal attention to detail. It had everything we needed and plenty that we didn’t. "The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "
