Hotel dekat Hidden Pines | Danau Houston

"X"

"The area is clean and safe one thing the maybe need to improve is add smart TV I can’t watch my preferred movies or serie from Netflix because of that, all the rest is ok"

"The room was clean and AC cold. Beds were comfortable. However, property seemed a bit rundown. Key card didn’t always work on 1st, 2nd or 3rd try. At times the elevator seemed like it may stop working. Staff offered us coffee which was ice cold."

"Shower didn't work"

"It’s a nice hotel and close to the airport. Their shuttle service has hours though and it did not work with my schedule."

"The telephones in the room do not work. The front desk does not have any complimentary razor. The bathroom tub had a patch on the floor. Average level soap."

"This is our last stay there. We stay here 2-3 times a month for the past 3 years. Unfortunately the hotel is going downhill, sheets was nevered changed, pee and hair on the toilet, food on the walls and end tables, the pull out couch was out and you could see where someone was sleeping on it. The maintenance guy stayed in a room on the 1st floor with music blasting. The elevator starting moving without the doors closing and sounded like it was going to fall. The staff did not care, even said...

"Perfect"

"The Free airport shuttle will only collect you from terminal C, they don't tell you this at all and we had to pay for an uber. The whole hotel smells like mould.. The staff are rude and unhelpful.. I would not stay here again"

"Very clean property and room. Friendly staff and great rate. Highly recommend it"

"Rooms and property were nice, very easy to get to from the airport, and fast food + convenience stores within 2 minute walking distance."
