"I love the early check in, lovely, friendly and always smiling staff. I think it makes a traveller feel safe. Some improvements can be having either a netted curtain in the bed boxes or some air inlet space in the current bed curtains to get air from ac into the bed camber. This will ensure good temperature, privacy and avoid claustrophobia. Also, providing ear plugs for noise cancelling would be a cheap but good addition for the experience of guests. But overall , love their vibe, hospitality...

"Liebevoll geführtes, kleines Hostel in der Mitte von Matsumoto. Sehr wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants, Onsen und Co. in der Umgebung. Dazu gibt es auch Fahrräder, die man sich einfach ausleihen kann.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Japanischen Alpen."

"It was very easy to access, checking in checking out. I did not realize that it was a self check-in service and there is no staff with booking. This should be made more clear however a very easy affordable and convenient stay for one night."

"感じが良かったが、登山利用のため、バーでの会話が気になり、寝付け無かった。
登山は、睡眠がとても大事だし、オーナーは、山小屋を経営してるそうなので、対応して欲しい。
また、古いのは構わないが、シャワー浴びた時に、排水溝に髪の毛が溜まっており、やや不快に感じました。"
