"Our stay at Derwent House was exceptional. It was a lovely facility, clean, beautifully decorated with African art. The breakfasts were fabulous--many choices hot and cold, tasty and filling. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location is close to dining on Kloof Street and reasonably priced Uber rides get you to all the sights in the city. We could see Table Mountain from our room. I can't say enough good about this establishment and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Cape...

"Great location close to the V&A waterfront. A shuttle bus and a canal boat shuttle is available to take you the short distance to the waterfront. Excellent food and incredible staff. Really enjoyed our stay - definitely our favourite so far in the Marriott BONVOY chain.
The only suggestion I have is an airport shuttle would be a nice addition.

"J'ai été très heureux de mon choix de Hippo Boutique Hotel.
Il est situé tout près de Kloof St, rue assez animée, mais un peu en retrait.
La chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée, impeccable.
Le personnel était extrêmement aimable et serviable.
Il n'y a pas de restaurant, mais pour déjeuner l'hôtel offre des coupons pour des cafés des environs, comme l'excellent Café Sofi en face.
Il faut sonner et monter un étage pour arriver à la réception 24h.
Au final, le rapport qualité-prix est...
