"Conveniently located on the A82 close, not within walking distance, to Loch Ness. Off road parking outside the Loch Ness experience which is next door. Our room was at the back so quiet. Comfortable room with good size bathroom. Wasn't a huge selection on the menu for the evening meal but the food was tasty, it's advisable to book. There was a good selection for breakfast"

"Ein Hotel direkt an der Straße, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Parkplätze und ein großer Souvenirshop. Wir hätten uns für Essen zum abend und morgen anmelden müssen, obwohl draußen geworben wird, das es ein Restaurant gibt. Wir haben es nicht genutzt. Das Zimmer war recht klein. Aber modern, wir hatten den Blick nach hinten Raus, wir mussten auch das Fenster öffnen. Das war allerdings voller schimmel und die Rückseite des Hauses war total verkommen. Kein schöner Anblick. Für eine Nacht...

"The room was nice in terms of appearance. But the emergency light went off for no reason in the middle of the night and kept us up for a while until we found something to cover it with. The mattress in our room was well worn and had a big dip on one side making it hard to get comfortable on that side. Check in isn't until 4:30 but the majority of the shops close at 5. You need to get here early. Fort Augustus doesn't really have that much to offer. It was nice to walk around a little and see...

"It was just ok. Very basic room, small but very bare amenities. Bathroom vent very noisy. Towel warmer had wires hanging out and no decor on walls, but seemed clean. The view was good but the price we paid was too much for the quality of room."

"the staff was lovely, the place was spotless, great continental breakfast included and access to kitchenette and complementary tea, coffee was so convenient. Room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed. the washroom was quite large and had nice warm towels. The launch area and the amenities more than compensated for it."

"Set in a beautiful and unique setting, the place provides a great place to stay. Lack of lifts does make it harder to get to the top floors especially with luggage. The only issue were the very heavy fire doors on the bedrooms that made a lot of noise when opened and closed."
